What's your turnaround?
Tier 1 ships in about a week. Tier 2 lands in 2–3 weeks. Tier 3 is typically 3–5 weeks depending on complexity. Once you're in our schedule, you get a real start date — not a vague "soon."
Do I have to host with you?
No. We hand you a clean build you fully own. Most clients host on Netlify (fast, free at this scale, great uptime). The Tier 3 monthly care plan is optional.
Will I see drafts before launch?
Yes. You'll see the design direction before we build, and a working draft of the full site before launch. No mystery reveals.
Do you write the copy?
Light copy is included in Tier 2 and Tier 3 — we sharpen headlines, tighten CTAs, and clean up what's there. If you need full long-form copy from scratch, we'll quote it as an add-on.
What if I already have a logo and brand?
Even better. We'll match it. If your brand needs a small refresh, we'll flag it — but we won't force a rebrand on you.
Do you work outside the US?
Yes. Most of our work is remote, and we work with local service businesses across the US, Canada, and select markets abroad.
What if my current site is on Wix / Squarespace / WordPress?
That's fine. We'll either migrate you to a faster modern stack or work cleanly inside the platform you're on, whichever serves the business better. We'll tell you which on the audit call.
